About the Role:

BildGroup’s Urban Development team enhances local communities with diverse services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With decades of experience, we deliver exceptional value through a solution-focused, collaborative approach, managing work in-house to ensure quality and timely completion. As a Supervisor reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, you will take ownership of site operations, leading crews, coordinating plant and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers a great mix of people leadership, operational control, and client engagement, with exposure to a variety of urban development projects.

Please note: This role may require travel to regional SA depending on project needs.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Lead, mentor and develop site crews.
• Coordinate daily site activities and project delivery.
• Manage plant, equipment and subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Supervisor role (civil/infrastructure/Urban preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of plant, equipment and site operations.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources.
