About the Role:

BildGroup’s Infrastructure team provides civil infrastructure solutions, specialising in roads, intersections, bridges, and complex upgrades. With extensive experience and Federal Safety Commissioner (FS) and Austroads accreditation, we deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable results. Collaborative partnerships and effective communication ensure minimal disruption and strong community support. 

Reporting to the Superintendent, with the office based in Wingfield, SA, this role will be site-based across various metro and regional project locations, depending on project requirements. From coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors to keeping projects on track, you’ll be the person who makes things happen, safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver civil works safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to meet programme requirements.

• Maintain a strong “safety above all else” culture on site.

• Review plans, specifications and identify risks or opportunities

• Manage daily site activities, resolving issues proactively

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards are met

• Contribute to planning, forecasting and budget performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in civil construction, with road construction experience highly regarded.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of civil drawings, specifications and QA processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.

• Flexibility to work & living away from home.

• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, permits. Etc.

• White Card and a valid Driving License are mandatory.
