BildGroup is looking for a driven Senior Supervisor to join our growing Urban team South East Queensland.

The Senior Supervisor role is a crucial leadership position focused on the end-to-end delivery of complex urban civil projects. You will be responsible for managing site operations, safety, quality, and the performance of your crews across a diverse range of projects including subdivisions, bulk earthworks, wetlands construction, and major utilities/drainage packages.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and direct all daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Be accountable for overall site safety, compliance, and environmental management, ensuring adherence to all BildGroup policies.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate material procurement, and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and reporting, effectively communicating status and challenges to the Project Manager and leadership team.
• Mentor and develop site Supervisors and Leading Hands, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior Leading Hand role, with extensive operational management experience in urban civil construction in SEQ.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing multiple civil packages concurrently (e.g., bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements).
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring capability, with a proven track record of managing large, diverse site crews and subcontractors.
• Strong focus on project planning, budget management, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• QBCC Builder Licence, White Card, and current Driver's Licence (mandatory).
• Proactive, reliable, and deeply committed to safety, quality assurance, and meeting high-standard project specifications.
