About the Role:

Are you an experienced pipelayer who leads from the front? BildGroup is looking for a Service Works Supervisor who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty while leading a crew to success. Based in Campbellfield, VIC and reporting to our Senior Construction Manager, this role is for a true specialist in sewer, water, and drainage who thrives in the field.

This is a heavily hands-on leadership position. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be in the thick of it, bringing your extensive pipelaying expertise to our urban development projects.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Lead, coordinate, and work alongside your crew to install sewer, water, and drainage systems on time and to specification.
• Teach and develop your team’s technical skills through hands-on guidance and best-practice demonstrations.
• Directly manage the allocation of plant, equipment, and resources for maximum site efficiency.
• Drive strict compliance with HSEQ policies, ensuring every site is a safe site.
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and budgeting to ensure project success.

What You’ll bring to the Team:

• At least 5+ years of direct pipelaying experience, with a heavy focus on sewer and water.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role specifically overseeing the installation of sewer, water, and drainage for urban developments.
• You should be recognised as Key Personnel in the ARCUS system (Greater Western Water, Yarra Valley Water, South East Water, and Barwon Water).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
