We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our South Australian Civil Construction team, working across metro and regional projects. This is a great opportunity to lead site crews, deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

⚠️ Important:

This role will require travel, working away from home, and occasional night shifts depending on project requirements. Please ensure you are comfortable and flexible with these expectations before applying.

About The Role:

• Lead and supervise construction crews on site.
• Support daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to crew members.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

What You’ll bring:

• Road construction experience preferred, particularly on DIT or Council projects.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in civil construction.
• Previous experience working as a Leading Hand.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or civil works.
• Ability to read plans and deliver work safely and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
