We’re expanding our Profiling Division in South Australia and are looking for casual and full-time Labourers, Skid-Steer & Machine Operators and HC Truck Drivers to join the team.

Experienced operators are strongly encouraged to apply, but we’re also keen to invest in the right people who are starting out and ready to learn. What matters most to us is attitude. About the role:

  • Full Time & Casual Positions available

  • Metro and regional work – with LAFHA allowance for travel

  • Day and night shifts available

  • Support critical roadworks and profiling projects that help keep SA moving

  • Perform hands-on tasks like shovelling, sweeping, spotting machinery and clean-up

  • Operate Bobcats for road profiling and site clean-up

  • Work closely with a tight-knit crew in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

  • Huge opportunity for on-the-job training and moving up to bigger gear like profiling machines and more advanced equipment!

What You’ll Bring (for experienced operators):

  • Experience in road maintenance, civil construction or general labouring (Level 1 / 2 operators encouraged to apply)

  • Skid Steer operation experience

  • Valid White Card (construction induction)

  • HR Truck Licence (or willingness to get one within 6 months)

  • Familiarity with road profiling machinery (Wirtgen 1m & 2m) is a big bonus

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

  • A team player who's punctual, has a great attitude, is adaptable and keen to learn

For HC Truck Driver:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience operating heavy vehicles (preferably in float work within construction).

  • Strong understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations
