Bitu-mill stands as Australia's premier road profiling company, boasting unmatched expertise and experience since our establishment in 1979.

We are looking for operators to work on road maintenance projects in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. The projects consist of working with a team on day and night shifts.

You will bring along the following:

  • Experienced Plant Operator with experience using road construction machinery.
  • Wirtgen 1m and 2m profilers
  • Bobcat with Profiler, broom, and bucket attachments
  • Astec SB2500 Shuttle Buggy

The role will be responsible for:

  • Ideally you will have experience working on road maintenance projects and have a range of relevant tickets – ideally profiler, skid steer and HR truck license.
  • Currently we would also consider Operators without any specific road maintenance experience but holding a skid-steer ticket combined with a HR truck license.
  • You should be willing and flexible to work both day and night shifts (the occasional Saturday is also called for) and, of course, you should be a team player and safety focused.
