We’re currently looking for a Bobcat Operator who values care, precision, and collaboration. Whether you’re working in the city or regional locations, you’ll play an important part in keeping roads safe and communities connected.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Up to 2-3 years of experience operating bobcats in road construction.
  • Experience in asphalt is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Heavy Rigid (HR) or HC Licence and Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Awareness of NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations.
  • A commitment to safety and understanding of workplace documentation like SWMS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with others and building positive relationships.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, or travel for short stints when needed.
