Based in Campbellfield and reporting to the Site Supervisor, this is your chance to join a division that delivers high-quality civil works across metro Melbourne, backed by strong systems, great leadership, and a supportive team environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Operate excavators safely, efficiently and in line with project plans and specifications.
• Carry out trenching, detailed excavations, backfilling, and site clean-ups.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Load/unload materials and machinery as required.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete works on time and to standard.

What You’ll bring to the Team:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on excavator experience in an urban or subdivision setting.
• Valid Excavator ticket, White Card, and Driver’s Licence (HR licence and GPS/final trim experience highly regarded).
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
• A team-first attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability on-site.
