We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our growing NSW team based out of our Penrith depot. This role will support the maintenance and presentation of some of Sydney’s most recognised sportsfields and synthetic & natural surfaces, ensuring they remain safe, high-performing, and game-ready year-round.

Our clients are primarily councils, sporting clubs, and recreational facilities across Sydney, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality maintenance services and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience within Synthetic Turf, Sportsfield Maintenance, Landscaping, or Turf Management environments
• Leadership or supervisory experience coordinating teams or contractors
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards
• Reliable, hands-on, and safety-focused approach
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and White Card required
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Supervising maintenance programs across synthetic and natural sports surfaces
• Technical grooming including deep cleaning, infill replenishment, sweeping, and grooming using specialised SMG equipment
• Inspecting and supporting surface repairs to high-quality client standards
• Operating and overseeing machinery including John Deere tractors, power brooms, blowers, and related equipment
• Driving company vehicles and towing trailers between sites across Sydney
• Maintaining strong safety, quality, and presentation standards across all projects
• Building positive relationships with councils, clubs, facility managers, and internal stakeholders
