About the Role:

We’re currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our Landscapes division in Campbellfield, reporting directly to the Greenfields Department Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive, growth-focused team.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Prepare competitive and well-considered cost estimates for a wide range of landscaping and civil infrastructure projects.
• Analyse tender documentation, assess scope, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Drive efficiencies in estimating systems, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Actively contribute to building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and estimating assistants.

What You’ll bring to the Team:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the civil or landscaping sectors.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software tools.
