As our Urban division continues to grow, we’re seeking Plant Operators to help deliver a range of urban projects, including subdivisions, earthworks, wetlands and utilities/drainage work.

The Roles Available

We are seeking experienced, safety-first operators for subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and utility installations across our sites. We have immediate openings for:

  • Excavator Operators (GPS experience highly regarded)
  • Bobcat / Skid Steer Operators
  • Roller & Multi-Skilled Operators

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience operating plant within civil construction, subdivisions, roadworks, or utilities
  • Valid VOCs / Plant Tickets, a Construction Induction White Card, and a current HR or HC Driver’s License (preferred)
  • A genuine commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe on-site
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
