We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead major delivery projects while playing a key role in growing our presence in the energy sector. This isn’t a desk-bound role, it’s an opportunity to get out on projects, build relationships, and make a real impact across the country.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil and energy infrastructure projects
  • Drive performance across safety, cost, quality, and program outcomes
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver win-win outcomes
  • Expand Bild’s footprint in the energy sector
  • Oversee planning, financial performance, and reporting
  • Champion a strong Safety Always culture
  • Travel across Australia to support project delivery

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Senior-level experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across multiple sites or regions (desirable)
  • Comfortable with travel or FIFO-style work
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
