Based in our Crestmead, QLD office, we’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex sportsfield construction projects across Queensland, ranging from natural to synthetic turf developments.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role calls for deep technical expertise, confident leadership, and a proven track record in managing large-scale civil and turf-related infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 8–10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 in civil or sportsfield construction.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of turf systems, irrigation, drainage, and site performance standards.
• Confident leadership and communication style with a collaborative approach.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project or similar software.
• Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Queensland as needed.

What will Set You Apart:

• Experience collaborating with local councils, sporting organisations, or on government-funded infrastructure projects
• A strong understanding of sustainable construction and environmental compliance
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent)

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end sportsfield construction projects.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high performance.
• Maintain and report on project schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a positive, high-achieving team culture.
• Provide project insights and reporting to senior leadership.
