We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our Urban team in Queensland. This is your chance to make a significant mark on a growing portfolio of residential and/or industrial Greenfield developments.

Based initially with a focus on South East Queensland, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home and our Crestmead office. Once a project is awarded, the role will transition to a site-based position, requiring travel to the project location.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. We're looking for someone with confident leadership and a proven track record in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience - 5+ years, in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role, with a strong focus on Greenfield (residential and/or industrial) projects in the Queensland market.

  • Local Knowledge and a strong understanding of the QLD Greenfield market

  • Confident leadership and a collaborative communication style.

  • Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, site performance standards, and project management software like MS Project.

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • A full driver's license and a willingness to travel to project sites across Queensland as required.

  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end Greenfield developments.

  • Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high performance.

  • Maintain and report on project schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Mentor junior staff and foster a positive, high-achieving team culture.
