Bitu-Mill – our Profiling Division is growing, and we’re looking for Skid-Steer Operators and Labourers who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a top-tier crew in South Australia.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating Skid-Steers/Bobcats on road profiling and clean-up jobs
• Supporting critical road maintenance projects that help keep SA moving
• General labouring: shovelling, sweeping, spotting machines, clean-up
• Working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Learning and growing under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years’ experience on Skid-Steer/Bobcat in road works, construction or similar
• A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• A current HR Truck Licence – or you’re willing to get one within 6 months
• You're reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor conditions
• Bonus points if you’ve been around road profiling machinery (like 1m & 2m Wirtgen)!
