Your opportunity: 

We seek a highly experienced and detail-oriented Profiler Operator to join our Bitu-Mill / Profiling team in Campbellfield, Melbourne. 

As a skilled and Senior Profiler Operator, you will be a crucial Victoria Profiling Operation Team member. The role will report directly to the Operation and Transport Managers.

You will bring along the following:

• 3-5 years minimum of experience driving Wirtgen 1m and 2m Profiler’s 
• Proven experience within the road pavement industry. 
• A current Driving Licence and Construction Induction Card
• Good safety focus/awareness, including the understanding of workplace documentation i.e., Safe Work Method Statements. 
• Ability to build strong relationships, with both internal and external parties.
• Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and away from home base to meet operational needs.
• A tool of trade will be provided by us.
