We’re offering two exciting opportunities designed to suit different stages of your engineering journey.

The Cadet Undergraduate Engineer role is ideal for students who will continue studying throughout the duration of the project. Perfect for 2nd or 3rd-year Civil or Structural Engineering students, this position offers hands-on exposure to active infrastructure works while allowing flexibility to balance academic commitments. You’ll gain practical experience, support technical teams, and build a strong foundation in site operations and project delivery.

The Graduate Engineer - Utilites (GPP Coordinator) role is suited to those who are graduating mid-year and ready to step into a full-time role. This position focuses on coordinating excavation permits and working closely with site safety and utilities teams to ensure effective compliance and planning. It’s a great fit for someone who’s highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to launch their post-study career in a dynamic project environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of Civil or Structural Engineering
• A natural organiser who’s calm under pressure
• Motivated to learn and grow, with a self-starter attitude
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
• Detail-oriented, with a curious mind and a proactive approach
• Open to feedback, growth, and meaningful challenges
• Equipped with a White Card and Driver’s Licence
