As we gear up to deliver Road Upgrades in Metro Adelaide and Regional Areas, we’re excited to welcome a values-driven, collaborative, and purpose-led Project Engineer to join our team in a permanent full-time role. This is more than just a project—it’s a chance to help shape safer, more inclusive neighbourhoods across South Australia, where every person feels supported, connected, and able to thrive.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Lead with confidence and care as you coordinate, plan, and deliver key project milestones.
  • Champion a supportive and inclusive culture of safety and quality, where every voice is valued.
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, communities, and subcontractors through open and respectful communication.
  • Encourage and empower your team by leading with empathy, collaboration, and clear direction.
  • Integrate environmentally conscious practices into your work, contributing to sustainable outcomes for future generations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering civil road infrastructure projects with confidence and care.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong technical knowledge and a love for detail and precision.
  • A natural ability to organise, adapt, and problem-solve, bringing people together to find thoughtful solutions.
  • Clear and compassionate communication skills that build trust and foster teamwork.
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference in communities, both urban and regional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
  • Flexibility and openness to working away from home, knowing your wellbeing and support are a priority for us.
  • White Card and Driver’s Licence required.
