When people are empowered to work with empathy, collaboration, and confidence, we build not just stronger teams—but stronger communities. As we prepare to deliver Road Upgrades in Metro Adelaide and Regional Areas, we’re excited to welcome a collaborative, thoughtful, and values-driven Site Engineer to join our team in a permanent full-time role. In this role, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of essential infrastructure projects across South Australia that help build safer, more inclusive, and better-connected neighbourhoods—making a meaningful difference to the communities we serve every day.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating day-to-day construction activities.
  • Work alongside supervisors, contractors, HSE Advisor and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Interpret plans and specifications, identifying opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Proactively uphold safety and environmental standards, contributing to a people-first culture.
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to high-quality reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Support the team in delivering work that is efficient, safe, and aligned with the values of the community.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. ie construction management.
  • At least 2 years of construction or on-site experience.
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence working with construction documentation and project plans.
  • Clear communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with others.
  • Strong commitment to safety, wellbeing, and high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
  • Flexibility and openness to working away from home, knowing your wellbeing and support are a priority for us.
  • White Card and Driver’s Licence required.
