What we're looking for:

• Up to one year of experience operating bobcats in road construction (bonus points for asphalt experience)
• Must have a Heavy Rigid (HR) License or HC and Construction Induction (White Card)
• Knowledgeable about National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations
• Safety-conscious, with a solid understanding of workplace documentation like Safe Work Method Statements
• Great at building relationships, both inside and outside the company
• Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and away from home base as needed to get the job done
