About the Role

As our business continues to expand into new regions, sectors and markets, we're seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to elevate our digital presence and bring our brand story to life.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Own and deliver the social media strategy across multiple platforms.

  • Plan and manage a proactive content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.

  • Write compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to uncover authentic stories that showcase our people, projects and culture.

  • Create engaging content using a mix of photography, short-form video and graphics.

  • Support marketing campaigns, employer branding initiatives and internal communications.

  • Track performance and engagement, using insights to refine and improve content strategy.

  • Build strong internal relationships and become the go-to person for identifying and creating great content opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.

  • Experience managing social media channels and producing engaging content across multiple platforms.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience developing and maintaining social media content calendars.

  • Proficiency across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, with a solid understanding of trends and best practice.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

  • Basic photography and videography skills, with the confidence to capture content on-site when opportunities arise.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.

  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement and fresh ideas.
