The Role Available

We are seeking experienced, safety-first General Labourers for subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and utility installations. Your day-to-day will keep you busy and moving, including:

  • Site preparation, digging, and levelling
  • Assisting plant operators, pipelayers, and trades on-site
  • Spotting for heavy machinery and managing materials
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Keeping the site clean, hazard-free, and running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior physical labouring experience within civil construction, subdivisions, roadworks, or utilities
  • A valid Construction Induction White Card and a current Driver’s License. (HR/HC Licenses or additional tickets like Roller, Skid Steer, or Confined Space are highly regarded!)
  • A genuine commitment to keeping yourself and your mates safe on-site
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-player attitude
