About the Role:

BildGroup’s landscape team delivers comprehensive landscape construction and maintenance services, transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. We handle projects from large developments to playgrounds, ensuring high-quality finishes and sustainability with tailored maintenance programs, fostering vibrant community spaces for recreation, social interaction, and environmental sustainability.

We’re currently looking for an Estimator to join our Landscapes team in Campbellfield Office or Dandenong Office. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you’ll play an important role in supporting tender submissions, quantity take-offs, supplier engagement, and project pricing across a variety of landscape and civil projects.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Assist with tender pricing and subcontractor/supplier RFQs
• Review tender documentation and identify scope requirements
• Track and manage supplier quotes and project costing information
• Maintain estimating spreadsheets, RFQ registers, and project records
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Support the estimating team to deliver accurate and timely submissions
• Attend site visits and meetings where required

What You’ll bring to the Team:

• Previous estimating or quantity surveying experience within landscaping, civil, or construction industries
• Landscape industry knowledge, such as earthworks, concreting and programming methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Due Diligent with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication, resourceful collaboration with team members, & stakeholder management abilities
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Expert Estimation or similar is highly regarded
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Microsoft Project
