At BildGroup, we’re proud to be recognised as a trusted name in the civil infrastructure industry, delivering high-quality construction projects across Australia. We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to join our IT team and play a critical role in connecting the systems that run BildGroup.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you’ll design, build and maintain integrations across our business, streamlining data, automating processes, and unlocking better decision-making across the organisation.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Design, build and maintain integrations across ERP, HR, finance, and operational systems

  • Deliver a pipeline of integration interfaces aligned to business priorities

  • Develop automations and workflows using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform

  • Build and consume modern APIs (REST, GraphQL) to enable seamless system connectivity

  • Create and maintain data integration and reporting assets in Microsoft Fabric

  • Optimise integration performance across the IT landscape

  • Own the full software integration lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and support

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive adoption and impact

  • Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and monitored end-to-end

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

You’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and seeing your work make a real impact across a business.

  • Experience delivering integrations in complex environments

  • Strong capability across Power Platform (especially Power Automate) and API tools such as Postman

  • Solid API experience (RESTful, GraphQL)

  • SQL Server expertise and a sound understanding of data structures

  • A structured, organised approach to delivery and documentation

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate technology into business value
