We’re now looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of clear, engaging and high-quality content across the business.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and operational teams, helping translate information into compelling, audience-focused messaging that supports our brand and business objectives.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Develop high-quality written content across brochures, case studies, campaigns, website and internal communications
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media and digital channels
• Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
• Translate complex or technical information into clear, simple and compelling messaging
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and shape content
• Ensure all communications align with brand voice, messaging frameworks and standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail across editing, proofreading and version control

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Significant experience in marketing, communications or content-focused roles
• Proven ability to write across multiple formats including digital, campaigns and internal communications
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and content principles
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging messaging
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working with senior leaders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
