About the Role

Love working outdoors and have a passion for gardens? We’re looking for a Maintenance Gardener to help keep our clients' landscapes looking their best. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in creating beautiful spaces, this role is for you!

We’re based in Campbellfield, but the work will take you across Melbourne’s west, depending on the project.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Keeping gardens tidy and beautiful with tasks like mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Performing tree care tasks, including planting, mulching and watering.
• Making sure plants stay healthy by checking and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to bring outdoor spaces to life.
• Working with the team to understand what each client needs and making sure they’re happy.
• Using and looking after gardening tools and equipment.
• Staying safe by following safety guidelines and spotting any potential hazards.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A positive attitude and a love for working outdoors!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some gardening or landscaping experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and basic gardening techniques is great.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and pest control is helpful.
• Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work in different weather conditions.
