As BildGroup continues to expand across South Australia, we are seeking experienced Estimator/ Snr. Estimator who thrive on challenge and collaboration to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, based in Wingfield, SA and reporting to the Estimating Lead.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, preparing competitive tenders and working with an experienced delivery team, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll bring to the Team:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 5–10+ years’ estimating experience in civil infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Expert Estimation (or similar software).
• Bonus experience: sports fields, regional projects, interstate delivery.

How You'll Make a Difference:

You’ll help secure work across a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including earthworks, roads, and large-scale land development.

• Review and analyse bid and tender documents to fully understand project scope.
• Interpret drawings, geotechnical reports, cultural heritage and environmental inputs.
• Develop smart, cost-effective construction methodologies with key stakeholders.
• Source, negotiate and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Conduct cost breakdowns, feasibility analysis and risk assessments.
• Build accurate estimates incorporating labour, materials, plant and time.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Subcontractors to ensure accuracy.
• Lead internal bid reviews and finalise high-quality tender submissions.
