BildGroup is expanding in South East Queensland, and we’re building a brand-new BildUrban delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the ground level as we establish our SEQ footprint, offering strong career growth, stability and the chance to help shape the way we deliver projects in the region.

Leading Hand role offers the chance to work across subdivisions, earthworks, wetlands and utilities/drainage projects while supporting site crews with the Site Supervisor to deliver safe, high-quality civil works and build your capability to move into a future Supervisor role.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 4+ years proven experiencein a Leading Hand role, with a strong focus on urban projects in SEQ.
• Experience in civil construction (urban development preferred).
• Strong leadership capability and readiness to step into a future Supervisor role.
• Confident operating in fast-paced site environments.
• QBCC Builder Licence, White Card and Driver's Licence (mandatory).
• Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering high-standard work.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Lead, guide and motivate civil crews on site.
• Support day-to-day site operations including earthworks, drainage and pavements.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure compliance with BildGroup standards.
• Assist with scheduling, material coordination and planning of daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor quality of work and contribute to continuous improvement.
