About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Service Works Supervisor to join our Urban Division, based in Campbellfield and reporting directly to our Senior Construction Manager. You’ll lead service crews on urban infrastructure projects, bringing your extensive pipelaying experience, predominantly in sewer and water, to ensure every stage is delivered with precision.

This hands-on role demands a leader who makes safety second nature, builds efficiency into every process, and upholds uncompromising quality standards. You’ll inspire your team, champion best practice, and take pride in delivering works that stand the test of time.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor crew members to deliver service works on our urban development projects on time and to specification
• Oversee plant, equipment, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
• Build strong client relationships to secure ongoing works
• Drive compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and budgeting

 What You’ll bring to the Team:

• 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role overseeing the installation of sewer, water and drainage infrastructure.
• 10 years’ pipelaying experience – predominantly sewer and water
• Status as key personnel in the ARCUS system (Greater Western Water, Yarra Valley Water, South East Water and Barwon Water)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
