What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement or strategic communications, ideally within infrastructure or government projects.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement engagement strategies in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with consultation management software (e.g. Conman) and MS Office suite.
  • IAP2 Certificate of Engagement (preferred).
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with an eye for detail and a heart for community.
  • Experience working with clients such as MRPV or Department of Transport will be highly regarded.
