Bitu-mill, a division of BildGroup, is on the lookout for a driven and organised Works Coordinator to join our Victorian Profiling and Paving team in Campbellfield.  Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll be the central link between our crews, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, keeping operations aligned, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Coordinate resource scheduling and ensure all jobs are aligned with operational plans.
• Mentor and support the Allocations Officer to ensure adequate resourcing.
• Manage operator hours, leave requests, travel bookings, and living-away arrangements.
• Maintain subcontractor databases and review subcontractor rates and invoices.
• Oversee equipment and plant compliance in line with client expectations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Review work order accuracy and ensure payroll and account data reconciliation.
• Support HSEQ compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years' experience in transport allocation, coordination or administration.
• Experience in civil contracting, logistics, or infrastructure project environments.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially around documentation and compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scheduling or project planning software (desirable).
