Specializing in natural, synthetic, and acrylic surfaces, Turf One is renowned for its expertise and innovation in the field.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Supervise and direct staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including site opening and closure.
  • Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Provide operator services for machinery such as rollers, excavators, laser graders, and scrapers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Projects span across Australia, and time to time interstate travel will be required.

 

You will bring along the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven expertise in turf management, ideally within the sports or recreation sector.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sports turf management or significant experience in the field (highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
