Your opportunity:

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills? Do you have a knack for identifying opportunities and building lasting relationships? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Development and Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our civil construction projects.

You will bring along the following:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of the civil construction sector, including market trends and industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

The role will be responsible for:

• Contributing to Bild’s growth plans by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market share
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand the client base
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects
• Fostering new client relationships and expanding existing ones to drive business growth
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand our delivery capabilities and ensure aligned strategic objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance, and results

The role spans across our Civil Business, encompassing opportunities in Civil infrastructure projects, land development, landscaping and sporting fields construction.
