Your opportunity:  

 As a Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical projects. You'll spearhead the planning and organisation, ensuring our construction projects adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. Establishing strong connections with clients and subcontractors is pivotal as we collaborate to grow our business and uplift the communities we serve. 

You will bring along the following: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 
• At least 12 months construction and onsite experience. 
• Management skills for handling staff and sub-contractors. 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
• Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil infrastructure construction techniques. 
• Outstanding interpersonal, liaison and networking skills  
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high volume work environment. 
• Professionalism.  
• Analytical and strategic thinking. 
• Commercial focus/good business judgement.  

The role will be responsible for: 

•  Lead, plan, organise, and control technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. 
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on-site, ensuring compliance with company HSEQ policies. 
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support business growth strategies. 
• Contribute actively to team effectiveness and productivity, demonstrating Bild Group values in daily behaviors. 
• Support environmental responsibility by implementing and monitoring project environmental requirements.
