The Role:

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and administration of our fleet of vehicles with a particular focus on parts and service scheduling.

Based in Campbellfield and reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will provide planning support, delivery and reporting on asset maintenance. 

Duties associated with the role include:

• Coordinate and manage parts purchasing on a just in time basis, managing stocks of parts and consumables
• Coordinate and manage service scheduling ensuring vehicle access is maintained at a high level
• Working with workshop staff, branches, Accounts, operations, and suppliers as required
• Gather and enter data to maintain records and generate reports
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Groups Fleet systems and processes
• Main contact for workshop general enquiries

 

About You:

We are looking for an experienced fleet coordinator with a focus on attention to detail, planning and organising combined with strong communication skills.  Ideally you should also have:

• Forklift licence
• Construction white card
• Valid driving licence
• Similar experience in mechanical workshop roles.
• Knowledge of MS suite of products
• Knowledge of Virtual Fleet software or similar software products aligned to fleet management
